My son and I went here because he loves ramen and it got 4.8 stars. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. I'm disappointed to say the least. My bill was $63.00 and I couldn't even finish my meal. First, there was an odd smell that I thought was possibly the seaweed, the only thing in my bowl that had any flavor was the shrimp tempura, and my peach lemon tea was so overwhelmingly sweet that I couldn't finish that either! Less than ten minutes later, I have a stomachache!

For my first time eat at Okasan Ramen it was a great experience. My wife and I enjoyed the food. The staff was amazing! They were very helpful in choosing a meal and very accommodating to my wife’s dietary needs. Thank you guys we will be returning when we are in the area again.

My family and I tried Okasan ramen because my son was in a noodle mood. The tonkatsu ramen (pork broth) was so flavorful, rich but not fatty broth like most ramen place. I love that the flavor was still authentic and as good as ramen in Japan. Most ramen spots after you slurp down the broth you can feel your heart stop but this wasn’t the case. Also, my wife Yaki soba noodle with chicken was so good. The flavor profile was complexed and the chicken bite was fried perfectly and the chicken was stil juicy/tender. This will be our go to spot for ramen from now on.

Staff is very friendly and all of the food and drinks were very delicious and all of them were brought out at the same time, would highly recommend if you even like the ramen noodles from the store! Prices are moderately pricey for 2 but it’s definitely worth what you’re getting here! Will definitely come back!

So good, I didn't know southbend had a ramen shop. I got the spicy ramen (and an extra egg) and it definitely satisfied my spicy craving. I got a regular boba tea and it was really tasty and the boba was warm and chewy. Also had the takoyaki. Never had it before, the gentleman up front let me know it was octopus so I wasn't running into it blind. It was very tasty and good, but not for me. Now that I know this place is here, I'll easily be here once a week

The most authentic Japanese ramen in the area! Also, it's the best place to get bobba tea as well because it's super fresh! Staff was nice but they did have not a many people on staff but I looked past it. I definitely recommend it!
